Cycle of the Seasons for Pest

Can winter weather really mean there will be less bugs ? You don't see as many pest in your home so you must be able put your worries to rest ? WRONG! A lot can happen in the cycle of seasons for bugs each year.

During The Summer....

This is the time most insects are maturing and developing . Certain species will become more of a active threat during those months. Mosquitoes for instants, they become more of a headache as they swarm during these seasons in some areas. When the temperature increases their life cycle increases causing them to mature faster.

During The Autumn....

This time of year signals bugs to start entering your homes to prepare for the colder months. Spiders for example will tend to enter your home to search for prey. This is also the time of year for insects to become more active and reproduce , as well as search for a male partner. Larger pest are known to take up holes and crevices that you
most likely have in your home.

During the Winter....

Just like in warmer months, pest are going to need warmth and food in the winter months. Rodents Roaches and Spiders are found to be especially active in these cold months. Your home is a huge scavenge site for these animals.

During The Spring....

Spring is a time of year insects love to come out and play. Some have just come out of active hibernation and will be needing to see food and water to restart their energy. Most pest will be out scavenging , while some will be left at the nest to defend it against predators.
